Dusty Rodziewicz is an Illinois born artist & tattooer specializing in folk, ornamental & illustrative blackwork tattooing.

She graduated with her B.F.A in Illustration from Maryland Institute College of Art. She worked as a freelance artist & sculpture maker before starting her tattoo journey in 2018 in Baltimore, later relocating to the Midwest in 2020, & opened Sunhide Tattoo in 2023 from a serendipitous opportunity.

Dusty is a lover of olives, river bathing and the esoteric mysteries. She loves collecting folk art from travels & taking her sphinx for walks. When she’s not tattooing, find her at a cafe in a matcha induced drawing session or reading under a tree.

For Dusty, tattooing is a ritual made with curating a peaceful space & powerful design, while co-creating with the client, with intentional attention to detail & an uplifting energetic exchange.
