Eloïse d’Estienne-d’Orves is a French-Venezuelan international tattoo artist currently living and working in Madison, Wi.

She graduated with her B.F.A. in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago in 2017. After dabbling in publishing and design, she moved to Spain to start her tattoo career in 2019. After years of traveling for work, she fell in love with Madison and in 2025 has taken a leap of faith to become a part of this incredible community.

Eloïse sees tattooing not only as the purest and rawest form of illustration, but also as an impactful exchange of energies. Her clients come to her with ideas to decorate their temples and leave with a sense of completion, safety, comfort and peace.

Her mission is to create a safe heaven within the tattoo world for queer, trans, BIPOC, women and anyone who needs it, where they can feel heard, respected, comforted and cared for. All while providing service with products that are natural, eco-friendly, vegan and cruelty-free.
